Post Match Conference:

Fert was present to comment about the match. Here’s what the gaffer had to say. "I thought that my tactics would get us a win here but Danny outsmarted us today. I went for three at the back as I wanted more shots on goal but it took us 62 minutes to even get a shot. Every time we had the ball, Benfica would always collect it and start going in numbers towards our goal. Maybe three at the back wasn’t the best today as Benfica were very defensive today only playing those crucial passes when we lost the ball”. Man of the Match Edin Dzeko was also here to comment. He said “I have happy to have scored the equalizer here today. The opposition’s defence was strong but once we saw that we weren’t getting any shots in, we went very attacking and that’s why we had all our shots after 60 minutes. Not the score line we expected today but we will learn from this and move on”.
